Emergency Shower / Eyewash Shelter
Intertec manufactures safety enclosures and shelters for a wide variety of applications and environments. The new product design is a stand alone emergency safety shower system with the following features:
-Standard sizes 44" x 44" or 44" x 86", other sizes available
-R12 or R18 insulation minimizes heat required
-Optional heating systems available
-Exterior can be ordered to safety specification red or yellow

-Double swing saloon doors with stainless steel hinges, second access door available

SMART HEATHER VARITHERM HI System
VARITHERM HI "smart heater" is a system consisting of an explosion-proof electric heater and a microprocessor,designed to control the air temperature in instrument enclosures and protective cabinets and to limit the surface temperature of the heater. It is equipped with an instrinsically safe sensor for measurement and accurate control of the temperature of the instruments and equipment (e.g. manifolds). SMART HEATERS are designed to solve sophisticated and complex heating problems in hazardous areas, and in particular for high temperature maintenance of analyzing equipment.

SMART FLUID HEATER System
The SMART FLUID HEATER system is specially designed to heat fluids to an exactly controlled temperature in hazardous areas. It's modular design based on Intertec standard products, enables a tailor made custom application at reasonable cost.The system is based on one or several aluminum FLATTHERM conduction heaters sandwiched around the tube that can be made of any appropriate material like stainless steel, aluminum, copper, Hastelloy, etc., creating an electric heat exchanger.The intrinsic safe temperature sensor is placed at the fluid outlet, the fluid outlet temperature can be controlled very accurately with short response time.

DS2720 Passive Sample Cooler
Samples of fluids and gases in industrial plants are often very hot. That can be a danger for personnel and plant. Inflammable substances may not get in contact with air above their auto ignition temperature. Intertec's passive sample cooler makes sure, that the sample temperature is max. 140 deg F / 60 deg C.
