Soft seated ball

5000, 6000, 7000 & 9000 series
These are standard bore floating ball and trunnion design flanged ball valves. They are available in ½"(15mm) to 2"(50mm) and 12"(300mm) to 20"(500mm) sizes in ANSI class 150 and 300 for both manual and automated service in a wide range of materials.

MBV Modular Ball Valves
The MBV is a rugged high-performance ball valve with a modular construction providing the flexibility of various polymeric or metal seat options to accommodate changing process conditions.

Manual Ball Valves
Jamesbury brand, Series 4000 full and standard bore ball valves offer performance and versatility. Three end connections are available: threaded-end, socket-weld, and butt-weld. The FIRE-TITE® fire tested seat version is standard, and valves are available to meet NACE MR-01-75, and can be specially prepared for oxygen, high-vacuum or chlorine service.

Capping valve
Metso Automation capping valves have helped hundreds of pulp mills automate their chip filling operations, increase production and realize significant manpower savings.

Butterfly

Wafer-Sphere High Performance
Wafer-Sphere high-performance butterfly valves have a double offset seating design with a patented one-piece, flexible-lip, polymeric seat ring that is pressure-energized to provide reliable, bubble-tight sealing over thousands of cycles.

Actuators

QPII Spring-diaphragm rotary actuator
The Quadra-Powr II spring-diaphragm actuator is especially designed to provide safe, reliable operation by air, gas, water, oil or other media, even with minimum supply pressure. Its rolling diaphragm design provides accurate control and is adjustable from both open and closed positions. It also allows field-reversible operation without disassembly - fail open or fail close modes can be switched quickly in the field by simply inverting the actuator.

BC and BJ Series double-acting piston
B Series pneumatic cylinder actuators are designed for remote on/off control service. Double-acting (B1C) or spring return open/closed in case of air failure (B1J) are available. The actuators' unique articulated lever crank design provides a torque output signature, which is particularly suited to automating ball and butterfly valves.

CINTAC Piston Actuators - No tubing and Communication Options
Advanced Automation System

The CINTAC Advanced Automation System marries JAMESBURY® Actuator expertise with StoneL® advanced communication and controls system technology to form a totally compact, integrated automation package. CINTAC dramatically simplifies and reduces the cost of automation rotary on-off valves by eliminating the need to engineer, procure and assemble separate rack and pinion actuators, switches, solenoid valves, linkages, tubes and fittings.

VPVL Piston actuators
VPVL series double and single acting pneumatic actuators incorporate double-opposed pistons with a rack and pinion drive. They provide the benefits of high cycle life, good corrosion resistance and a flexible compact design with an outstanding range of other performance features.

Electric actuators
Electric actuator for modulating and on/off services. Fail safe position also available.
