Non-contact radar for bulk solids measurement Truly exceptional: contactless level measurement with radar for the most difficult of measuring tasks with bulk solids. Where until now other measuring techniques with serious deficiencies were by necessity accepted as the best available technology, the new compact VEGAPULS 68 is ushering in the Era II of bulks solids measurement. The new VEGAPULS 67 is a compact radar gauge for measurement of bulk solids. Ideal for standard applications with shorter ranges(50 ft) and less demanding process conditions than are those requiring the VEGAPULS 68(230 ft). The VEGAPULS 67 utilizes an innovative, economical plastic antenna system. This system protects the instrument from condensation and dirt while delivering optimum signal focusing and echo sensitivity.

Magnetic Level Indicators The VEGAMAG is a combination measuring system. A magnetic level indicator is paired with the components of a Bypass bridle system for guided microwave radar measurement. The bridle system utilizes a VEGAFLEX guided microwave radar for electronic level indication. The VEGAMAG’s two measurements are conducted in separate chambers, providing redundancy through separate visual and electronic measurements. When matched with an optional magnetostrictive sensor, true electronic redundancy is obtained. Point level monitoring is available for discrete alarming. The VEGAMAG is ideal for any application that requires visual and electronic level monitoring. Available approvals include FM, CSA, CRN, ATEX, and more.
